I tried my hand at making my own vegetable chips yesterday. I needed to use up some yellow squash and thought it would be a good time to experiment. Part of them turned out pretty good! 

I used an idea off Pinterest for zucchini chips from the blog Table for Two. It was really simple and just used olive oil and salt. I think the main problem I had was with slicing the squash for chips. Hand slicing can vary greatly if you aren’t careful. I can see how zucchini would make better chips though. There tends to be more flesh and uniform shape with them. Using what I had still worked pretty good though.
